01 Foundation

Foundation blocks are cast from concrete and have a special form in order to transfer the load of the building to the ground, as well as to simplify the attachment of structural elements. The linking of columns with foundations is tight. The installation of the foundation blocks usually takes one day.
02 Load-bearing framework

The main bearing elements of the framework system are continuous frames of welded I-beams. The stability and geometric unchangeability of the building in the crosswise direction is provided by the structures of the supporting frames and the links of the butt-end frameworks. In the lengthwise direction it is provided by the vertical links along each row of columns and the horizontal connections along the coverage.
03 Secondary framework

«Strong Buildings» mainly uses two different types of sections for the purlins (C shapes and Z shapes). Such sections are used as purlins and girts and are delivered to the construction site with the sizes adapted to the project or in accordance with the wishes of the client. The purlins are available with holes for quick installation.
04 Roofing and walls

The choice of enclosing structures (cold and warm buildings) is always up to the client. Galvanized or painted steel sheets are used for cold buildings. Sandwich panels on the basis of 150mm thick plate are used for warm buildings.

Doors and gates

The delivery set of the building may include gates and doors in various versions and designs. We use sliding, swinging and vertical lift gates.

Stairs and mezzanines

The construction of mezzanines or a specific number of storeys is possible in «Strong»® buildings at the request of the customer. Mezzanines in an industrial building can be an alternative to building a separate facility.
Crane equipment

In «Strong»® buildings there is a possibility of using various crane equipment on the basis of a steel frame.

Site preparation

The land must be owned by the customer. The purpose of the construction site should coincide with the activities of the customer. The size of the building should not contradict the permitted boundaries of the urban plan. It is also necessary to make geological surveys and topographical survey of the construction site.
