Visiting Your Parents at “Strong Buildings”
There was a get-to-know excursion for the company employees’ children. On the eve of the New Year, an excellent event was held for the children of “Strong Buildings” employees, which was called “Visiting your parents at “Strong Buildings”. The children saw where and how their moms and dads work, and how steel frames for prefabricated buildings are produced.
The excursion to the office and production workshops helped the children to follow the whole chain of the process - from design and drawing loading to the CNC machines to direct parts manufacturing. The children got acquainted with a variety of professions that are represented in the company, because a whole team of specialists works on creating each project:
- design engineers,
- architects, production and technical development engineers,
- maintenance operators for robotic machines,
- welders, metal workers,
- painters, etc.
During the event, Oleg Lomakin, the CEO and founder of the company, told the children about the company’s history.
And, of course, we couldn’t do without New Year's gifts. In addition to sweets, the children of the company employees received steel mini-beams as a keepsake, which symbolize Strong® Buildings.
