The history of building construction on the basis of metal structures began with a small order, for which the area of an entertainment center was expanded by a veranda made from metal structures.

A fourth-year student at Tambov State Technical University, I implemented this project from scratch, with the development of a 3D-model and with minimal reclamations. It was the start of a career in construction.

At this stage, the products were rotated, new technologies for the production of buildings on the basis of a variable cross-section beam were introduced, and qualified sales and design specialists were recruited. All this allowed us to create a well-coordinated team and bring production to a new level.

The following year, a small workshop for the manufacturing of metal products was rented on the outskirts of the city. From that moment, we started to receive orders for the production of gates, doors and fences. With a small team of like-minded people, we built pavilions and tents. It was very popular in those years.

This year marked a new round of development. Investment in advertising attracted new customers, we received orders for the construction of hangars. The first major client was the contractor of the Technonikol company. We built several hangars in Ryazan for them.

In the same year, we acquired land for the construction of our own enterprise. The construction of the plant began. At the same time we started manufacturing the structures for tent hangars - light but labor-consuming in production.

All this allowed us to create a well-coordinated team and bring production to a new level.

The search for new technological solutions for production development led us to examine foreign experience. We went to Denmark, to the software developers for the automatic calculation of structures and buildings based on metal frames.

We visited all the plants in Denmark, which use the same software, where we were able to make a profitable purchase of an innovative robotic complex for the production of the welded variable cross-section beam. The acquisition of an industrial robot, as well as its integration into the production and the use of new software have significantly increased the volume of products and the speed of order fulfillment, from the design stage to the installation of the framework at the customer site. So, after the transition to the Strong® technology the company's production volumes increased more than threefold.

By this time, the construction of our office and production buildings was completed. We applied our own product - a prefabricated building based on a variable cross-section beam. Our office is built with the Strong-BOX series design.

Today, “Strong Buildings”, LLC is a production base where about 7000 tons of metal structures per year are manufactured, with its own design office, transport and logistics division, several mobile, fully-equipped assembly and installation teams.

Now our company has more than 500 prefabricated buildings across the country, 170 of which are large industrial, agricultural and logistics buildings, ice arenas, sports palaces, shopping and entertainment centers, car dealerships, shops and more.
